All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Customs and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Delays

Incorrect Address

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate.
